DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT ITEMS
If you have received a defective / incorrect item from us, please email us at hello@prettypokenails.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Photo of evidence

Thereafter we will guide you on the exchange process.

DISCOUNT CODE / CREDIT VOUCHER

Discount codes / credit vouchers must be applied before you complete the checkout process. There will be no refund if the code / voucher is not applied to your order.
